Sassy was set up in 1988 by Jane Pratt as a cult teenage magazine aimed at female fans of alternative and indie rock music. But the updated version of Sassy will be backed by contributor Tavi Gevinson; a major part of the technological youth culture with her highly successful blog Style Rookie. Tavi is what I would consider one of my ideal readers to its quite annoying that they are releasing this magazine that is set to be in a similar style to what I want my magazine to be.
